Alfalfa is a legume plant native to Western Asia and the Eastern Mediterranean. It is a plant with high nutritional value, and is therefore known as “The King of all foods” (AL-FAS-FAH-SHA)[2] or “Father of all foods” (Father of all foods)
Alfalfa can grow in almost every climate around the world. Its stem has an amazing root system, as in some areas the roots of alfalfa can penetrate more than 130 feet deep, so it can absorb more and purer nutrients than other plants. Also, alfalfa does not accumulate toxins.

How to use?
